HI, I’m OLIVIA :)
In a nutshell, my practice is rooted in the belief that quality of life depends on our connection to our feelings, our bodies, our values, our spirit and spark.
In careful, joyful service to MY human COMMUNITY
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, voices, and creative energy. My own journey through chronic pain, stress, and disconnection led me to discover the power of holistic bodywork, somatic education, and archetypal healing.
My work is grounded in time-tested bodywork techniques—Soma® Structural Integration, neuromuscular and myofascial therapy—but also draws from breathwork, movement education.
Listening to the body’s deeper stories is what healing is about.
In addition to my massage therapy license, I hold an M.A. in Jungian and Archetypal Psychology and offer creative archetypal coaching for those longing to awaken their inner voice, unlock their artistic energy, or find meaning through life’s transitions.
“Olivia is a rare gem. She lives and breathes creativity, intelligence, integrity and kind, empowered living.”
— Milah
I SERVE THOSE living with chronic pain, creative blockS, stress, or the quiet ache of disconnection.
BECAUSE I’VE BEEN THERE.
At this point in my life, I do know what it’s like to feel spirited, to have a voice—and to act like my voice matters. To feel … like myself!
But I remember when I didn’t have any of that.
There wasn’t one moment that pushed my life sideways—maybe it’s scarier for that? My story is about the slow erosion of self.
I was lost for decades––to dysfunctional 1980s family dynamics, to the needs and desires of others, to cultural programming, to the pressure to perform.
I came to feel … well, almost nothing at all.
For all my supposed brains, I remember back then being totally unable to understand the phrase “self care.”
Trying to figure it out took me to the very edge of a vast, black pit in my soul. I was doing everything I was supposed to. I had everything, right? People loved me, right? So why did I feel so… wrong? And who was this “self,” anyway, and what the heck did she want?
A Long, Long Road Back
I turned from that edge and kept running as long and as hard as I could away from myself. (Until I crashed, physically, mentally, and emotionally, in an epic, midlife sort of way.)
It took the elemental wake-up call that motherhood brings, decades of immersion in Pilates, yoga, and the Kashmiri Shaivist and Sufi traditions, and a high-quality education in holistic bodywork to begin to feel healed. But I do. And ummm, if I can, you can—believe me.
I’ve come to understand that somatics and embodiment is not just touch therapy, but a sacred encounter with landscapes of self, inner and outer. An invitation back to presence, to wholeness, to the quiet truth of the body.
So No One Else Has to Feel Alone
Since graduating from the Soma Institute of Neuromuscular Integration in 2012, I’ve practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Soma® Structural Integrator. I’ve built a private practice in Olympia that blends deep, meditative bodywork with creative, somatic, and archetypal approaches to healing. Every session is shaped by reverence for the whole body and whole person.
You don’t have to fix or figure ANYTHING out; come as you are.
